负性生活事件与大学生非自杀性自伤行为:有调节的中介模型

Negative Life Events and Non-suicidal Self-injury in College Students:A Moderated Mediating Model

目的:探讨负性生活事件与大学生非自杀性自伤行为(NSSI)的关系,以及情绪调节困难的中介作用和社会支持的调节作用。方法:采用青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC)、情绪调节困难问卷(DERS)、领悟社会支持量表(PSSS)、青少年自我伤害行为问卷对2436名大学生进行问卷调查。结果:(1)有992名(40.72%)大学生报告在过去的1年中至少发生过1次NSSI;(2)负性生活事件与非自杀性自伤行为显著正相关;(3)情绪调节困难在负性生活事件与NSSI之间起部分中介作用;(4)社会支持调节了中介模型的前半路径和后半路径,具体而言,社会支持水平越高,负性生活事件通过情绪调节困难对NSSI的负向预测作用越弱。结论:负性生活事件和非自杀性自伤行为之间存在着有调节的中介效应,情绪调节困难是二者关系的中介变量,而社会支持能缓冲负性生活事件通过情绪调节困难对NSSI的影响。

Objective:To explore the relationship between negative life events and non-suicidal self-injurious behavior(NSSI)in college students and the mediating role of emotional regulation difficulties and the moderating role of social support.Methods:The sample consisted of 2436 college students who completed measures of Adolescent Life Event Scale(ASLEC),Difficulties in Emotion Regulation Scale(DERS),Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS),and Adolescent Selfharm Scale.Results:(1)992(40.72%)college students reported at least one NSSI in the past year;(2)Negative life events were significantly positively related to NSSI;(3)Difficulties in emotion regulation played a part mediating role between negative life events and NSSI.(4)Social support played a moderating role among negative life events,emotion regulation difficulties and NSSI.The relationship between negative life events and emotion regulation difficulties and the relationship between emotion regulation difficulties and NSSI were regulated by social support.Specifically,the higher the level of social support,the weaker the negative predictive effect of negative life events on NSSI through emotion regulation dfficulties.Conclusion:There is a mediating effect between negative life events and NSSI.Emotion regulation difficulty is the mediating variable of the relationship between them,and social support can buffer the impact of negative life events on NSSI through emotional regulation difficulties.
