摘要
目的:依托Page和Wong等的服务型领导理论,对中国企业公仆型领导量表进行改编和修订,并检验其在医学教育背景下的信效度。方法:应用改编的医学生服务型领导力量表分两批次对共计996名二年级医学生进行测量,并以Liden和Barbuto的服务型领导力量表作为效标。结果:通过项目分析确定30个条目,条目与总分之间的相关系数在0.454~0.799之间。探索性因素分析得出包括特征取向、关系取向、任务取向和过程取向在内的4因子结构。验证性因素分析的结果显示四因子模型主要拟合指标为χ^(2)/df=2.349,CFI=0.908,TLI=0.899,RMSEA=0.057,SRMR=0.037。总量表及4个维度内部一致性系数为0.864~0.964。效标关联效度分析显示量表与Liden的服务型领导量表总分及各维度之间的相关系数在0.456~0.807之间,与Barbuto的服务型领导量表之间的相关系数在0.496~0.710之间。结论:改编后的医学生服务型领导力量表具有良好的信效度,可作为医学教育背景下服务型领导水平的测量工具。
Objective:To adapt and revise the Chinese Corporate Servant Leadership Scale based on Page&Wong et al.'s servant leadership theory and examine its reliability in a medical education context.Methods:The adapted Servant Leadership Scale for Medical Students was administered to 996 second-year medical students,using Liden and Barbuto's Servant Leadership Scale as a criterion measurement.Results:Item analysis identified 30 items with correlation coefficients between items and total scores ranging from 0.454 to 0.799.Exploratory factor analysis yielded a four-factor structure including trait orientation,relationship orientation,task orientation,and process orientation;the results of validation factor analysis showed that the main fit indicators of the four-factor model were χ^(2)/df=2.349,CFI=0.908,and TLI=0.899.TLI=0.899,RMSEA=0.057,SRMR=0.037;the internal consistency coefficients of the total scale and the four dimensions ranged from 0.864 to 0.964;the correlation coefficients between the scale and Liden's servant-leadership questionnaire total score and each dimension were in the range of 0.456-0.807,the correlation coefficients between the questionnaire and Barbuto's servant-leadership questionnaire ranged from 0.496 to 0.710.Conclusion:The adapted Servant Leadership Scale for Medical Students has good reliability and validity and can be used as a measurement tool for the level of servant leadership in the context of medical education.
