摘要
为开展水下航行体操纵舵翼环量控制技术的试验研究,需开发一套小量程流量控制系统。按照试验研究所需流量控制范围及精度要求,基于Labview开发了该流量控制系统。首先进行系统硬件选型设计,其次确定系统闭环控制模式下的控制算法及参数整定方法,在此基础上设计流量控制程序,最后通过实验应用验证系统控制性能。应用结果表明系统的流量控制范围及精度满足试验研究的需要,经济可靠,具有较强的实用性及推广价值。
In order to carry out the experimental research on the circulation control technology of the longitudinal rudder in underwater navigation gymnastics,it is necessary to develop a set of small range flow control system.According to the flow control range and accuracy requirements of the experimental research,the flow control system is developed based on Labview.Firstly,the hardware selection of the system is designed.Secondly,the control algorithm and parameter tuning method under the closed-loop control mode are determined On this basis,the flow control program is designed.Finally,the control performance of the system is verified through the experimental application.The application results show that the flow control range and accuracy of the system meet the needs of experimental research,and it is reliable and stable.The development of this system has strong practicability and promotion value.
