摘要
运用Simulink软件完成挖掘机各液压元件的建模,根据设计原理图建立了各执行元件驱动回路系统模型,在此基础上进行了基本动作仿真,并对关键元件进行了参数优化。通过增设各执行元件容腔压力传感器采集实车单动作、复合动作数据,优化负载模型。实时仿真结果表明,其压力流量特性与实际工况接近,有助于电控策略基本功能的验证与调试。
Simulink software is used to design the hydraulic components for the excavator and to complete the actuator drive circuit system based on the design schematics,on which basic motion simulation is performed and the key components are parameterized.The load model is optimized by adding additional capacitive pressure sensors for each actuator to collect actual single-motion and composite motion data.The real-time simulation results show that the hydraulic characteristics are close to the actual operating conditions,which helps to verify and debug the basic functions of the electronic control strategy.
