摘要
某型号国六高爆压柴油机在耐久试验后拆检过程中发现连杆小头衬套裂纹故障。针对此故障进行连杆衬套设计查核、连杆衬套生产工艺查核、不同生产工艺下零部件状态的仿真校核等分析。最终判定连杆小头衬套裂纹是由外圆面直线度超差和工装装夹导致的压痕引起。本文可对高爆压下的连杆小头衬套开裂故障改进提供参考。
In the process of disassembly and inspection of a certain type of GuO-6 high explosive pressure diesel engine after durability test,it was found that the small head bushing of connecting rod was cracked.In view of this fault,the design and inspection of connecting rod bushing,the production process of connecting rod bushing,and the simulation and verification of parts state under different production processes are analyzed.Finally,it is determined that the small head bushing crack of the connecting rod is caused by the out-of-alignment of the cylindrical surface and the indentation caused by tooling clamping.This paper can provide reference for improving the crack failure of small head bushing of connecting rod under high explosive pressure.
