摘要
FSC赛车的车架多为钢桁架式,所以车架的制造需要采用焊接方式。针对钢管在焊接时会发生变形,从而导致成型后的车架会装配困难或者不能装配的情况,基于CATIA零件设计与装配模块设计了一款与车架能够零间隙装配的夹具。通过对夹具与夹具加工方式的研究,设计出了一种装配型夹具。此夹具的装配方便牢靠,焊接精度高,达到车架成型精度要求,减少赛车各零部件装配误差。
The frame of FSC racing car is mostly steel truss type,so the manufacturing of the frame needs to be welded.Aiming at the situation that the steel pipe will be deformed during welding,which will make it difficult or impossible to assemble the formed frame.Based on the CATIA part design and assembly module,a fixture that can be assembled with the frame with zero gap is designed.Through the research on the fixture and fixture processing method,an assembled fixture is designed.The assembly of this fixture is convenient and reliable,and the welding precision is high.
