船用双燃料低速柴油机节能减排技术研究

摘要 双燃料低速柴油机不但能维持发动机高效率,也能切实降低污染物排放。伴随排放法规更加严格,人们更加关注排放控制。而对经济效益的追求,促使节油技术变得更为重要。在节油与排放上的注重,将对船舶柴油机提出更严格要求。为深入缩小技术差距,本文从多方面研究了该柴油机技术,其中包括燃气进气、气体喷射与燃烧技术等,归纳这些技术在节能减排上的优势,为自主开发船舶低速柴油机奠定基础,并达到减轻污染与避免资源出现浪费的情形。 Dual fuel low-speed diesel engine can not only maintain engine efficiency,but also effectively reduce pollutant emissions.With stricter emission regulations,people pay more attention to emission control.The pursuit of economic benefits makes oil saving technology more important.The emphasis on fuel saving and emission will put forward stricter requirements for marine diesel engines.In order to further narrow the technical gap,this paper studies the diesel engine technology from many aspects,including gas intake,gas injection and combustion technologies,and summarizes the advantages of these technologies in energy saving and emission reduction,laying the foundation for independent development of low-speed marine diesel engines,and reducing pollution and avoiding waste of resources.
