三黄散和百优酸对杂交鲟海豚链球菌病的治疗效果

摘要 【目的】探究三黄散和百优酸对杂交鲟海豚链球菌病的治疗效果。【方法】通过用0.5%三黄散饵料、0.1%百优酸饵料、0.5%三黄散+0.1%百优酸饵料对人工感染海豚链球菌的杂交鲟进行治疗,再依据患病杂交鲟的死亡率、血液生化指标及组织病理学变化来判定治疗效果。【结果】患海豚链球菌病的杂交鲟阳性对照组死亡率为54.6%,三黄散组死亡率为35.1%,百优酸组死亡率为32%,三黄散+百优酸组死亡率为19.6%;杂交鲟感染海豚链球菌后血清AKP、ACP、LZM及SOD活力均先升高后降低,POD活力则先降低后升高再降低,三黄散组、百优酸组及三黄散+百优酸组的杂交鲟血清AKP、ACP、LZM、SOD及POD活力变化趋势与阳性对照组一致,但变化幅度都显著低于阳性对照组,其中三黄散+百优酸组酶活变化幅度最小;患海豚链球菌病的杂交鲟病理学变化主要表现为肝细胞严重变性坏死,伴有大量炎症细胞浸润,肠粘膜严重受损,肠绒毛严重坏死脱落,伴有炎症细胞浸润,三黄散组和百优酸组肝肠的病理症状较阳性对照组有所减轻,三黄散+百优酸组肝肠病理症状最轻。【结论】三黄散和百优酸对杂交鲟海豚链球菌病都有一定的治疗作用,二者联用具有协同作用,治疗效果更好。 【Objective】The paper aimed to study the treatment effect of Sanhuang powder and Biotronic on Streptococcus iniae disease of hybrid sturgeon. 【Method】Hybrid sturgeons infected with S. iniae were treated with 0.5% Sanhuang powder, 0.1% Biotronic and 0.5% Sanhuang powder+0.1% Biotronic. The treatment effect was determined by the mortality, blood biochemical indexes and histopathological changes of the diseased hybrid sturgeons.【Result】Mortality rate of positive control, Sanhuang powder group, Biotronic group, and Sanhuang powder + Biotronic group was 54.6%, 35.1%, 32%, and 19.6%, respectively;Activities of AKP, ACP, LZM and SOD in serum of diseased hybrid sturgeons firstly increased and then decreased, and POD activity decreased initially, followed by increasing, but decreased thereafter. Changes of serum AKP, ACP, LZM, SOD and POD activities of Sanhuang powder group, Biotronic group and Sanhuang powder + Biotronic group were consistent with the positive control group, but the range of changes was all significantly lower than the positive controls, with the smallest changes in the Sanhuang powder + Biotronic group;Histopathology of diseased hybrid sturgeons showed that the hepatocytes were seriously degenerated and necrotic, accompanied by a large number of inflammatory cell infiltration, intestinal mucosa and villus were seriously damaged and necrotic, accompanied by inflammatory cell infiltration. Pathological symptoms of liver intestinal of Sanhuang powder group and Biotronic group reduced compared to positive control group, moreover, liver intestinal pathological symptoms of Sanhuang powder + Biotronic group were the lightest.【Conclusion】Both Sanhuang powder and Biotronic have a certain therapeutic effect on S. iniae disease of hybrid sturgeon, combination of Sanhuang powder and Biotronic show a synergistic and better treatment effect.
