油气长输管道施工中的焊接技术探讨

Discussion on Welding Technology in the Construction of Oil and Gas Long distance Pipeline

油气长输管道焊接施工操作所涉及到的重难点问题较多,为确保焊接施工技术水平有效提升,本文主要立足于油气长输管道安全施工角度,对新时期其常用的焊接技术类型以及内容进行研究分析。在此基础上,通过结合过往施工经验,对管道施工中焊接技术的质量控制方法以及措施手段进行总结分析,以期可以从根本上巩固加强油气长输管道接施工效能。

There are many important and difficult problems involved in the welding construction of oil and gas long-distance pipeline.In order to ensure the effective improvement of the welding construction technology level,this paper mainly studies and analyzes the commonly used welding technology types and contents in the new era based on the safe construction of oil and gas long-distance pipeline.On this basis,the quality control methods and measures of welding technology in pipeline construction are summarized and analyzed by combining past construction experience,so as to fundamentally consolidate and strengthen the construction efficiency of oil and gas long-distance pipeline connection.
