摘要
某石化催化裂化装置发现,分馏塔塔顶压缩富气空冷器管束出现泄露,通过压缩机出口冷凝水监测系统数据和进出口管线及短接的定点测厚情况分析得出:压缩富气空冷器内部介质为H2S-HCl-NH3-H2O腐蚀环境,腐蚀方式为反应产物NH4SH长期对管束进行腐蚀造成泄露。
A petrochemical catalytic cracking unit found that the tube bundle of the compressed rich gas air cooler at the top of the fractionating tower was leaking.Through the analysis of the data of the compressor outlet condensate monitoring system and the fixed-point thickness measurement of the inlet and outlet pipelines and the short circuit,it was concluded that the internal medium of the compressed rich gas air cooler was H2S-HCl-NH3-H2O corrosive environment,and the corrosion mode was that the reaction product NH4SH corroded the tube bundle for a long time to cause leakage.
