304不锈钢表面CrAlN涂层制备及其耐腐蚀性能研究

摘要 采用电弧离子镀膜技术在单晶硅和304不锈钢表面制备了CrN、CrAlN涂层,对涂层的微观结构、表面形貌、机械性能及在人工海水中的耐腐蚀性能进行了研究。通过XRD、SEM对涂层的微观结构及表面形貌的研究结果表明:CrAlN涂层具有更少的表面缺陷和内部大颗粒,截面有着更致密的结构,CrN涂层沿CrN(200)择优生长,而CrAlN涂层则沿CrN(111)择优生长。对CrN、CrAlN涂层及304不锈钢基底的摩擦系数测试表明:CrAlN涂层的摩擦系数均比CrN涂层和304不锈钢的摩擦系数低。对304不锈钢基底及涂层在人工海水中的电化学极化曲线、Nyquist图进行的测试结果表明:CrAlN涂层的容抗弧半径远大于CrN涂层以及304不锈钢,其腐蚀电流密度与自腐蚀电位与CrN涂层相当,均比304不锈钢表现更为优异。 CrN and CrAlN coatings were deposited on 304SS and monocrystalline silicon via arc ion plating technology.The microstructure,surface morphology,mechanical property and corrosion resistance inartificial seawater of the coatings were studied.The results of XRD and SEM show that the CrAlNcoating have fewer surface defects and internal particles which means that the section possess more compact structure.The preferred orientation of CrN-coating is CrN(200),but the CrAlN-coating shows the CrN(111)preferred orientation.The coefficient of friction test show that CrAlN-coating has lower friction coefficient than CrN-coating and 304SS.The tafel curve and Nyquist plots show that CrAlN-coating has the largest capacitive arc radius,and the corrosion current density and self-corrosion potential of CrAlNcoating are close to CrN-coatings,both them get great improvement than 304SS.
