Discussion on Digitization Technology of Traceability of the Value of Quantity of Measurement Equipment for EMU/DMU Maintenance

针对动车组检修现场实际需求,根据动车组检修用测量设备量值准确性等相应技术文件要求,结合计量技术和数字化技术,提出数字化采集数据、网络化传输信息和格式化存储信息的数字化量值溯源方法,以降低人为因素对测量结果的影响,提高量值溯源效率,为量值溯源数据的应用奠定基础。

In response to the actual needs of the maintenance site of EMU/DMU,and based on the requirements of relevant technical documents such as the accuracy of measurement equipment used for maintenance of EMU/DMU,combined with metrology and digital technology,a digital quantity traceability method for digital data collection,networked transmission of information,and formatted storage of information is proposed to reduce the impact of human factors on measurement results,improve the efficiency of quantity traceability,and lay the foundation for the application of traceability of the value of quantity.
