软质弹性体容器容积三维激光扫描测量方法

摘要 软质弹性体容器用材质柔软、有弹性、非透明,使用时外观呈不规则扁平形态,测量容积难度大。为此,提出一种基于三维激光扫描技术的软质弹性体容器容积测量方法。介绍三维激光扫描技术原理和扫描系统方案,详细分析扫描系统方案的测量单元选型、扫描路径规划和分辨率设置,以及点云处理过程中的拼接、去杂、精简和容积计算等关键内容,并开展验证试验。试验结果表明,利用三维激光扫描测量方法测量的软质弹性体容器容积准确,可以解决软质弹性体容器容积测量难题,丰富容积计量方法和量传体系。 It is difficult to measure the volume of flexible elastomer containers because the materials for flexible elastomer containers are soft,elastic and non-transparent,and the appearance of flexible elastomer containers is irregular and flat when used.Therefore,a volume measurement method for flexible elastomer container based on 3D laser scanning technology is proposed.The paper introduces the principle of 3D laser scanning technology and the scheme of scanning system.In this paper,the selection of measurement unit,scanning path planning and resolution setting of scanning system scheme are analyzed in detail,as well as the key contents in the process of point cloud processing such as concatenation,declutter,simplification and volume calculation.And verification test is carried out.The test results show that the 3D laser scanning measurement method is accurate in measuring the volume of flexible elastomer containers,which may solve the problem of measuring the volume of flexible elastomer containers,enrich the volume measurement method and the volume transfer system.
