新制高速铁路道岔尖轨和心轨超声波检测方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 为提升高速铁路道岔使用寿命,保障列车安全运行,针对新制道岔尖轨及心轨超声波检测工艺方法开展研究。简述对比试块人工伤损的位置和尺寸设置。利用A型脉冲反射式超声波探伤仪,检测人工伤损对比试块和实际产品,对比分析采用不同规格探头检测结果的差异。基于检测结果,对尖轨、心轨超声波检测工艺方法进行验证。验证结果表明:钢轨原材料材质伤损宜采用纵波直探头,同时增加60AT2钢轨轨腰不同埋藏深度平底孔人工伤损,以评定伤损当量大小。 In order to enhance the service life of high-speed railway switch and ensure the safety of train operation,the research is carried out for the ultrasonic detection method of switch rail and point rail of newly manufactured switch.The location and size of the artificial defects of the comparison test block are described,and the artificial de⁃fects of the comparison test block and the actual product are detected using the A-type pulse reflection ultrasonic flaw detector,and the detection results obtained by using different probes are compared in detail.Based on the detec⁃tion results,the process method was verified with ultrasonic detection for the switch rail and point rail.The verification results show that longitudinal wave straight probe should be used to detect the defects of rail raw materials;At the same time,the artificial defects of the flat bottom hole for 60 AT2 with different burial depth were added to evaluate the equivalent size of the defects.
