肠道微生物群诱发代谢性疾病的治疗方向研究进展

摘要 肠道微生物群驻留在胃肠道中长期与宿主共生,参与人体的代谢过程。代谢性疾病是以物质代谢异常为基础的症候,物质代谢异常会导致肠道微生物群紊乱,因此,代谢性疾病与肠道微生物群有密切联系。本文以肠道微生物群为研究基础,通过查阅与代谢性疾病相关的治疗方法,分析肠道微生物群与代谢性疾病的关系,总结代谢性疾病食疗与药疗相结合的治疗方法;通过探讨膳食纤维和中药对肠道微生物群的影响,发现膳食纤维和中药对肠道微生物群的共同调节作用,为日后研究膳食纤维与中药结合使用以防治代谢性疾病提供理论参考。 The gut microbiota resides in the gastrointestinal tract for long-term symbiosis with the hosts and participates in the metabolic process of the human body.Metabolic diseases are syndromes based on the abnormal metabolism of substances,which can cause the intestinal flora disturbance.Therefore,metabolic diseases are closely related to intestinal microbiota.Based on the study on gut microbiota,this paper analyzes the relationship between gut microbiota and metabolic diseases by reviewing the treatment methods related to metabolic diseases,and summarizes the treatment methods of metabolic diseases through diet therapy combined with drug therapy.By discussing the effects of dietary fiber and traditional Chinese medicine on gut microbiota,their co-regulating action on intestinal microbiota is discovered,which can provide theoretical reference for combined use of dietary fiber and traditional Chinese medicine in prevention and treatment of metabic diseases.
