车用汽油清净剂防锈性指标相关标准的修订建议

Revision Recommendations of the National Standard of Rust Preventing for Automotive Gasoline Detergent

与车用汽油清净剂防锈性相关的现行国家标准主要有2个,分别为《车用汽油清净剂》(GB 19592—2019)、《评价汽油清净剂使用效果的试验方法第1部分:汽油清净剂防锈性能试验方法》(GB/T 19230.1—2003)。实际执行与应用过程中暴露出一些不足,给检验检测带来一定的困扰:GB 19592—2019中缺少适用于乙醇汽油作为基础试验燃料对应的技术要求,且选用不同防锈性的基础试验燃料进行防锈性试验时会导致车用汽油清净剂产品的防锈性出现不同的结果,造成结果判定矛盾;按照GB/T 19230.1—2003进行车用汽油清净剂防锈性对比试验时发现其中关于锈蚀程度的结果描述具有局限性。由此对GB 19592—2019和GB/T 19230.1—2003这两个标准提出修订建议。

There are two current national standards related to the rust resistance of gasoline detergents for vehicles,namely“Gasoline Detergents for Vehicles”(GB 19592—2019)and“Test Methods for Evaluating the Effectiveness of Gasoline Detergents-Part 1:Test Methods for Rust Resistance of Gasoline Detergents”(GB/T 19230.1—2003).In the actual implementation and application process,some shortcomings have been exposed,which has brought certain difficulties to inspection and testing:GB 19592—2019 lacks the corresponding technical requirements for ethanol gasoline as the basic test fuel,and selecting different basic test fuels with different rust resistance for rust resistance testing can lead to different results in the rust resistance of automotive gasoline detergent products,resulting in conflicting results judgment;According to GB/T 19230.1—2003,when conducting comparative tests on the rust resistance of automotive gasoline detergents,it was found that the description of the results regarding the degree of rust has limitations.Based on this,revision suggestions are proposed for the two standards GB 19592—2019 and GB/T 19230.1—2003.
