机器人辅助腹腔镜肾盂成形术专家共识

Expert consensus on robotic-assisted laparoscopic pyeloplasty

机器人辅助腹腔镜肾盂成形术(RALP)从首次报道到现在已有20年,它已成为国内外治疗肾盂输尿管连接部梗阻的主要术式。机器人手术系统的更新迭代、外科手术技术的不断进步、护理理念的改变等全面提升了肾盂输尿连接部梗阻治疗的质量。相比较传统的开放及腹腔镜手术,机器人辅助腹腔镜肾盂成形术在保持90%以上成功率的同时,明显降低了手术并发症并缩短了恢复期,已成为传统金标准的又一挑战。本共识主要聚焦RALP的适应证、常用手术方式及围手术期注意事项。

Robot-assisted laparoscopic pyeloplasty has become one popular surgical method for the treatment of ureteropelvic junction obstruction(UPJO)since it was reported 20 years ago.The update and iteration of robotic sur⁃gery system,the continuous progress of surgical technology,and the changed concept of nursing care have compre⁃hensively improved the quality of UPJO treatment.Compared with traditional open and laparoscopic surgery,robot-assisted laparoscopic pyeloplasty has significantly reduced surgical complications and shortened recovery period while maintaining a success rate of more than 90%,which has become another challenge for the traditional gold standard.This consensus mainly focuses on the indications,common surgical approaches,and perioperative precautions of ro⁃bot-assisted laparoscopic pyeloplasty.
