企业创新网络结构影响创新绩效的机制研究--竞合关系的调节作用

Research On the Mechanism of Innovation Network Structure Influencing Innovation Performance Based on Knowledge Creation--The Moderating Effect of Coopetition Relationship

创新网络为企业的创新发展提供了新的渠道和模式,而竞合关系与创新网络的相互嵌入已成为企业运营发展的常态。本文基于知识基础理论和竞合关系的现实背景构建企业创新网络结构与创新绩效的理论模型,并探究了知识创造的中介效应和竞合关系的调节效应。研究表明,网络多样性和网络开放度均正向影响企业创新绩效;知识创造在创新网络结构与创新绩效关系中起到部分中介作用;竞合关系负向调节网络多样性和网络开放度与知识创造的关系。研究结论为企业从网络结构和竞合关系方面调整知识创造效果以提升企业创新绩效提供新的启示和方向。

Innovation network provides a new channel and mode for the innovation development of enterprises,and the interembedding of coopetition relationship and innovation network has become the normal state of enterprise operation and development.This paper constructs a theoretical model of enterprise innovation network structure and innovation performance based on the knowledge base theory and the realistic background of coopetition relationship,and explores the mediating effect of knowledge creation and the moderating effect of coopetition relationship.The results show that both network diversity and network openness positively affect firm innovation performance.Knowledge creation plays a partially mediating role in the relationship between innovation network structure and innovation performance.Coopetition negatively moderates the relationship between network diversity and network openness and knowledge creation.The conclusion provides new inspiration and direction for enterprises to adjust the effect of knowledge creation from the aspects of network structure and coopetition relationship to improve enterpriseinnovation performance.
