反应器及换热器双功能结构技术现状

Technology Status of Double Functional Structure of Reactor and Heat Exchanger

摘要 为了加深对常见于炼油及石油化工中反应器列管换热结构的认识,结合一系列典型案例总结了各种结构,包括反应器及其撇热换热器的固定管板式一体化立置结构和卧置结构,反应器及其撇热换热器的盘管集箱式一体化立置结构以及夹套换热式反应器等4种类型,对每一类又基于工艺技术、结构专门技术及功能等特点进行了细分。在此基础上讨论了反应器列管换热结构的概念,概括了一些相关特点,包括立式安装的三种支承形式、反应器与撇热换热器连接结构的演变,工艺气演管程流动、两种换热介质非逆流换热、工艺与结构的协调,吊装运输技术等。最后提出了一些技术问题和发展方向。 In order to deepen the understanding of reactor tubular heat transfer structures commonly used in oil refining and petrochemical industry,various structures are summarized based on a series of typical cases,including four types of the reactor and its skimming heat exchanger of fixed tube-plate and integrated vertical structure or lying structure,the reactor and its skimming heat exchanger of integrated coil header integrated vertical structure and jacketed heat exchanger,each category is subdivided based on the characteristics of process technology,structural expertise and function.On this basis,the concept of reactor tubular heat exchanger is discussed,and some relevant characteristics are summarized including three support forms for vertical installation,the evolution of the connection structure between reactor and heat exchanger,the flow of process gas in the tube side,the non-countercurrent heat transfer of two heat transfer media,the coordination between process and structure,lifting and transportation technology,etc.Finally,some technical problems and development directions are put forward.
