摘要
2023年3月13日,十四屆全國人大一次會議審議通過了關於修改立法法的決定,這是繼2015年立法法修改之後的第二次修改。通過這次修改.我國立法的指尊思想和原則更加完善,立法的體制機制和程序更加健全,更好地助力完善以憲法為核心的中國特色社會主義法律體系,建設社會主義法治國家。
On March 13,2023,the first session of the 14th NPC deliberated and adopted a decision on amending the Legislation Law,the second revision after the law was revised in 2015.The amendment improved the guiding ideology and principles of China's legislation,improved institutional mechanism and procedures of legislation,and could bring its role into better play in enhancing the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics with the Constitution as the core and in building a socialist state under the rule of law.
