艾愈胶囊辅助化疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效分析

Efficacy of Aiyu Capsule Adjuvant Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

目的探究艾愈胶囊辅助化疗非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效及对患者免疫功能和炎性因子的影响。方法选取2021年3月~2022年6月某院收治的80例NSCLC患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,各40例。两组化疗前均口服地塞米松预防过敏反应,对照组采用紫杉醇联合卡铂化疗,观察组在此基础上加用艾愈胶囊。比较两组治疗效果、免疫功能[淋巴细胞亚群(CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))]及炎性因子[白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]水平、毒副反应。结果治疗6周,观察组总缓解率较对照组高(P<0.05);观察组CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)较对照组高,CD8^(+)较对照组低(P<0.05)。IL-2、IL-4、hs-CRP较治疗前低,观察组较对照组低;两组IFN-γ较治疗前高,观察组较对照组高(P<0.05)。两组毒副反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论艾愈胶囊辅助化疗可提高NSCLC患者的疗效,改善患者的免疫功能及炎性因子水平,且不增加毒副反应。

OBJECTIVE To explore the efficacy of Aiyu capsule assisted chemotherapy in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and its effect on immune function and inflammatory factors in patients.METHODS A total of 80 NSCLC patients admitted to a hospital from March 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were given dexamethasone orally before chemotherapy to prevent allergic reactions.The control group was given paclitaxel combined with carboplatin chemotherapy,and the observation group was given Aiyu capsule on this basis.The therapeutic effect,immune function[lymphocyte subsets(CD4^(+),CD8^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))]and the levels of inflammatory factors[interleukin-2(IL-2),interleukin-4(IL-4),interferon-γ(IFN-γ),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)].Poison side reaction were compared between the two groups.RESULTS After 6 weeks of treatment,the total remission rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while CD8^(+)was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).IL-2,IL-4 and hs-CRP in the two groups were lower than before treatment.IL-2,IL-4 and hs-CRP in the observation group were lower than the control group.The IFN-γ in the two groups was higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The difference was not statistically significant in toxic and side effects between the two groups(P>0.05).CONCLUSION Aiyu capsule adjuvant chemotherapy can improve the efficacy of NSCLC patients,improve the immune function and inflammatory factor levels.
