CSVD影像标志物与CSVD危险因素的相关性分析

Correlation Analysis between CSVD Image Markers and Risk Factors of CSVD

目的探讨CSVD影像标志物与CSVD危险因素的相关性,旨在为预防主要血管事件的发生提供科学依据。方法选取溧阳市中医医院放射科2019年6月—2022年6月就诊的脑小血管病患者70例为观察组,同时纳入70例头颅MRI诊断无异常患者为对照组,参照2015年中国脑小血管病诊治专家共识进行头颅磁共振诊断,统计患者的一般资料,分析脑小血管病的影响因素以及影像标志物与血管病危险因素之间的相关性。结果观察组患者的年龄、糖尿病比例、高血压比例、高脂血症比例、吸烟比例、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、Hcy水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CSVD的危险因素为年龄、高血压、糖尿病、吸烟、高水平总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、Hcy。年龄(r=0.287~0.430,P<0.05)、高血压(r=0.194~0.502,P<0.05)和Hcy(r=0.269~0.576,P<0.05)几乎与所有的CSVD危险因素均呈显著正相关关系。结论年龄、高血压、糖尿病、吸烟、高水平总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高Hcy是CSVD的危险因素,并且随着年龄增长、高血压水平和Hcy水平越高,CSVD影像标志物发生的概率增加。因此需要对上述危险因素进行提前预防和干预。

Objective To explore the correlation between CSVD imaging markers and risk factors of CSVD in order to prevent the occurrence of major vascular events.Methods A total of 70 patients with cerebral small vessel disease who visited the Radiology Department of Liyang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the observation group,while 70 patients with no abnormal head MRI diagnosis were included as the control group.According to the 2015 consensus of Chinese experts in the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral small vessel disease,head magnetic resonance diagnosis was conducted,and general information of patients was collected to analyze the influencing factors of cerebral small vessel disease and the correlation between imaging markers and vascular disease risk factors.Results The age,diabetes ratio,hypertension ratio,hyperlipidemia ratio,smoking ratio,total cholesterol,triglycerides,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,and Hcy levels of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The risk factors of CSVD were age,hypertension,diabetes,smoking,high level of total cholesterol,triglycerides,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,and Hcy.Age(r=0.287~0.430,P<0.05),hypertension(r=0.194~0.502,P<0.05),and Hcy(r=0.269~0.576,P<0.05)showed a significant positive correlation with almost all risk factors for CSVD.Conclusion Age,hypertension,diabetes,smoking,high levels of total cholesterol,triglycerides,LDL cholesterol,and high Hcy are risk factors for CSVD.The incidence of CSVD imaging markers increased with age,hypertension and Hcy levels.Therefore,it is necessary to prevent and intervene above risk factors in advance.
