视频眼震电图在BPPV复位中的应用效果及作用

Application Effect and Function of Video Electronystagmogram in BPPV Resetting

目的探讨视频眼震电图在良性阵发性位置性眩晕(benign paroxysmal positional vertigo,BPPV)复位中的应用效果及作用。方法选取2020年9月—2022年6月柳州市工人医院收治的100例BPPV患者,按照随机数表法将其随机分为两组,每组50例。所有患者均给予甲磺酸倍他司汀治疗,在此基础上对照组实施常规手法复位治疗,观察组根据视频眼震电图选择相应的手法复位治疗方案。比较两组总有效率、自发性眼球震颤角度、半规管麻痹程度、眩晕评分、平衡评分、日常生活能力、生活质量评分。结果观察组的总有效率为98.00%,显著高于对照组84.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.396,P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的自发性眼震角度、半规管轻瘫值、眩晕评分均低于治疗前,且观察组的自发性眼震角度、半规管轻瘫值、眩晕评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的平衡性评分、ADL评分均比治疗前提高,且观察组平衡性评分、ADL评分,均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组生活质量均显著高于治疗前,且观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论视频眼震电图用于BPPV复位治疗中可提高患者的疗效,改善其眩晕、眼球震颤情况,改善其平衡功能和日常生活能力,有利于提高生活质量。

Objective To investigate the application effect and role of video electronystagmogram in the reset of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(BPPV).Methods A total of one 100 patients with BPPV admitted to Liuzhou Workers'Hospital from September 2020 to June 2022 were included and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group according to random number table method.All patients were treated with betastine mesylate,on the basis of which,the control group was treated with conventional manual resetting,The observation group selected the corresponding manual reduction treatment plan based on video electronystagmography.The total effective rate,spontaneous nystagmus angle,semicircular canal paralysis degree,vertigo score,balance score,daily living ability and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than 84.00% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.396,P<0.05).After treatment,the spontaneous nystagmus angle,semicircular canal paraplegia value,and dizziness score of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group's spontaneous nystagmus angle,semicircular canal paraplegia value,and dizziness score were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the balance score and ADL score of two groups improved compared to before treatment,and the balance score and ADL score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life in two groups was significantly higher than before treatment,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of video electronystagmogram in the resetting treatment of BPPV can improve the curative effect of patients,improve their vertigo,nystagmus,balance function and daily living ability,which is conducive to improving the quality of life.
