评价复杂踝关节损伤应用MRI与多层螺旋CT诊断的价值

摘要 目的探析MRI诊断和多次螺旋CT诊断在复杂踝关节损伤中的诊断效果。方法选择2020年1月—2021年1月期间北京市大兴区中西医结合医院接诊的80例复杂踝关节损伤患者,均接受多层螺旋CT诊断、MRI诊断,分析在复杂踝关节损伤诊断中应用MRI诊断和多层螺旋CT诊断的价值。结果多层螺旋CT诊断准确率(98.75%)高于MRI诊断(83.75%),漏诊率(0.00%)和误诊率(0.13%)低于MRI诊断(7.50%、8.75%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.083、4.167、4.167,P<0.05)。多层螺旋CT诊断在PD诊断检出率(18.75%)高于MRI诊断(2.50%),MRI诊断在SE诊断检出率(20.00%)高于多层螺旋CT诊断(5.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多层螺旋CT诊断在SA、PA和PE的诊断检出率与MRI诊断对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT诊断在复杂踝关节损伤评价中的效果显著,具有较高的准确性。 Objective To investigate the diagnostic effect of MRI diagnosis and multilayer spiral CT diagnosis in complex ankle injuries.Methods Eighty patients with complex ankle injuries seen between January 2020 and January 2021 at Daxing District Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital were selected.All received multilayer spiral CT diagnosis and MRI diagnosis,and the value of applying MRI diagnosis and multilayer spiral CT diagnosis in the diagnosis of complex ankle injury was analyzed.Results The diagnostic accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT(98.75%)was higher than that of MRI(83.75%),while the missed diagnosis rate(0.00%)and misdiagnosis rate(0.13%)were lower than MRI diagnosis(7.50%,8.75%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.083,4.167,4.167,P<0.05).The detection rate of multi-slice spiral CT in PD diagnosis(18.75%)was higher than that of MRI diagnosis(2.50%),and the detection rate of MRI diagnosis in SE diagnosis(20.00%)was higher than that of multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis(5.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the diagnostic detection rate of SA,PA,and PE between multi-slice spiral CT and MRI diagnosis(P>0.05).Conclusion The effectiveness of multilayer spiral CT diagnosis in the evaluation of complex ankle injuries is significant,with high accuracy.
