小儿反复呼吸道感染采用金屏汤加减疗法的临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy of Jinping Decoction Addition and Subtraction Therapy in Treatment of Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections in Children

目的小儿反复呼吸道感染采用金屏汤加减疗法的临床疗效分析。方法以2020年7月—2021年1月于聊城市中医医院接受治疗的90例反复呼吸道感染患儿为研究对象,以随机动态数表进行分组,45例患儿为对照组(常规西医疗法进行治疗),45例患儿为观察组(基于对照组疗法另行金屏汤加减治疗)。比较两组患儿的临床治疗总有效率、中医证候积分、免疫球蛋白水平、不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组患儿的中医证候积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的临床治疗总有效率(95.56%)高于对照组(80.00%),不良反应发生率(6.67%)低于对照组(22.22%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.075、4.406,P<0.05)。结论小儿反复上呼吸道感染在常规治疗的基础上给予金屏汤加减疗法,不仅可以有效缓解患儿的症状,还能改善其机体免疫环境,降低不良反应风险。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Jinping Decoction addition and subtraction therapy in children with recurrent respiratory tract infections.Methods A total of 90 children with recurrent respiratory tract infections who received treatment at Liaocheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into groups using a dynamic number table,and forty-five children were in the control group(treated with conventional Western medicine),forty-five children were in the observation group(treated with additional Jinping Decoction addition and subtraction based on the treatment of the control group).Compared the total effective rate of clinical treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,immunoglobulin level,and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of children.Results After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group(95.56%)was higher than that of control group(80.00%),the incidence of adverse reactions(6.67%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(22.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.075,4.406,P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infections with Jinping Decoction addition and subtraction based on conventional treatment can not only effectively alleviate the symptoms of children,but also improve their immune environment and reduce the risk of adverse reactions.
