无痛胃镜下高频电凝切除术治疗胃息肉患者的效果及安全性

Effectiveness and Safety of Painless Gastroscopic High-frequency Electrocoagulation Resection for Patients with Gastric Polyps

目的探讨胃息肉确诊后采用无痛胃镜下高频电凝切除术的临床价值。方法选取2021年2月—2022年3月济南市第五人民医院收治的胃息肉患者120例为研究对象,遵循随机数表法分为两组,各60例。对照组的60例所用手术方案是常规内镜下高频电凝切除术,观察组的60例所用手术方案为无痛胃镜下高频电凝切除术。对比两组治疗效果及安全性。结果观察组手术有效率(100.00%)高于对照组(90.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.386,P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组炎症因子水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胃息肉确诊后,将无痛胃镜下高频电凝切除术作为首选手术方案,可获得理想手术效果、预后情况,且术后炎症因子水平较低。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of using painless gastroscopic high-frequency electrocoagulation resection after the diagnosis of gastric polyps.Methods 120 gastric polyps patients admitted to the Fifth People's Hospital of Jinan City from February 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 60 patients in each group.The surgical plan used in the control group was conventional endoscopic high-frequency electrocoagulation resection,while the surgical plan used in the observation group was painless endoscopic high-frequency electrocoagulation resection.The treatment effect and safety of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of surgery in the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that in the control group(90.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.386,P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion After the diagnosis of gastric polyps,painless gastroscopic high-frequency electrocoagulation resection is used as the preferred surgical option to obtain ideal surgical results,prognosis,and lower levels of postoperative inflammatory factors.
