公共图书馆协同专业智库创新知识资源服务策略研究

A Research on Innovation Knowledge Resource Service Strategy of Public Libraries Collaboration with Professional Think Tanks

公共图书馆在协同专业智库过程中不断创新自身知识资源应用方式,强化决策支持能力、改善知识应用水平、改进服务模式,系一项有益尝试。文章以南京图书馆协同本地专业智库“南京数字经济科技学会知识服务专委会”决策咨询业务为例,观察图书馆协同专业智库相关知识资源建设、业务供给、成果转化、服务转型状况。同时依托南京图书馆大数据实验室作为载体,设计“软硬”兼备的知识资源服务平台,制定一系列适宜公共图书馆协同专业智库工作需要的服务功能。结合南京图书馆具体实践,讨论公共图书馆知识底座如何建设、如何实践业务创新等相关方略。分析挖掘具有共性价值的公共图书馆知识资源服务方案,为国内公共图书馆知识资源管理与服务能力提升提供借鉴。

In the process of collaborating with professional think tanks,public libraries continuously innovate their own knowledge resource application methods,strengthen decision-making support capabilities,promote knowledge application levels,and improve service models,which is a beneficial attempt.The article takes the decision-making and consulting business of the Nanjing Library's collaboration with the local professional think tank"Nanjing Digital Economy Science and Technology Society Knowledge Service Committee"as an example to observe the status of knowledge resource construction,business supply,achievement transformation,and service transformation related to the library's collaboration with professional think tanks.At the same time,relying on the big data laboratory of Nanjing Library as a carrier,a knowledge resource service platform with both"soft and hard"is designed,and a series of service functions suitable for the work of public libraries in collaboration with professional think tanks are formulated.Combined with the specific practice of Nanjing Library,the paper discusses how to build the knowledge base of public libraries,how to practice business innovation and other related strategies,analyzes and explores the public Jlibrary knowledge resource service solutions with common value,aiming at providing reference for domestic public library knowledge resource management and service capability improvement.
