摘要
以基于VR全景摄影技术的既有建筑检测设计协同作业理念为基础,在某工业园区更新改造项目中进行实践应用。结合工程实际情况,选用鱼眼相机快速完成前期VR全景摄影工作,并建立VR全景模型。检测人员现场检测时通过手机同步将检测数据上传至构建完成的VR全景模型中,取代了传统的作业流程及数据记录方式,并与设计人员产生了良好的互动,提高了检测工作效率。检测人员利用模型内自主开发的微信小程序可实现对构件损伤的现场快速判定。在最终的交付成果中,检测报告与图纸可嵌入VR全景模型中共同交付,其内容可形成一一对应关系,实现成果的数字化交付,可更好地开展后续设计工作。
According to the concept of collaborative work of existing building inspection and design based on VR panoramic photography,the idea has been applied in a renovation project of an industrial zone.The fish eye camera is used to quickly complete the previous VR panorama photography and modeling according to the actual engineering conditions.When inspectors inspect on-site,they upload test data to the VR panoramic model by mobile phone synchronously,which replaces the traditional work flow and data recording method and interacts well with the designer,thus improving the overall efficiency of the project.Inspectors can also quickly determine the damage of structural components on site by utilizing self-developed WeChat mini programs within the model.Inspection reports and drawings can be embedded in the VR panorama model as the final deliverables,and the content can form a one-to-one relationship to achieve the digital delivery of the results,which will enable the subsequent design work to be carried out better.
