摘要
某商住两用综合体在建过程中发现部分墙、柱混凝土强度不满足设计要求,引发涉事双方关于工程质量及相关经济赔偿方面的纠纷。前期已有检测机构对混凝土强度进行检测,但检测结论涉事双方未认可,重新委托第三方鉴定机构对混凝土材料强度进行检测。第三方鉴定机构在混凝土材料组成无法分析、制作过程无法复原的情况下,通过资料调查、现场检测、理论分析等方法,给出原结构墙、柱混凝土现龄期抗压强度低于设计强度的根本原因是构件所用混凝土强度不满足设计要求的确定性意见,基本明确责任主体。
In the process of construction of a commercial and residential complex,it was found that the concrete strength of some walls and columns did not meet the design requirements,which led to a dispute between the parties involved regarding the quality of the project and related economic compensation.The concrete strength was tested by a testing agency in the previous period,but the two parties involved did not recognize the test conclusion and re-commissioned a third-party appraisal agency to test the strength of the concrete material.In the case that the concrete material composition could not be analyzed and the production process could not be recovered,the third-party appraisal agency gave the fundamental reason that the compressive strength of the original structure walls and columns concrete at the present age was lower than the design strength by means of data investigation,on-site testing and theoretical analysis,and the definite opinion that the strength of the concrete used in the component did not meet the design requirements,which basically clarified the responsible subject.
