既有建筑内部基坑开挖影响与加固措施分析 被引量:2

摘要 基坑开挖会引起周围土体变形,影响邻近既有建筑结构安全性、稳定性。结合景德镇陶溪川二期B区音乐培训中心工程,采用数值模拟与工程监测相结合的方式对支护结构水平位移、基坑周围土体水平位移、加固后的既有建筑变形进行分析,并研究加固措施的影响。研究结果表明,随着基坑开挖深度的增加,支护结构与基坑周围土体水平位移不断增大,呈顶端和底部小、中间大的鼓胀状态,具有明显的空间效应;使用方管和槽钢对砖柱进行加固的方式及扩大基础加固方式可有效增强建筑整体性能,减小建筑位移。 The excavation of foundation excavation will cause deformation of surrounding soil and affect the safety and stability of adjacent existing building structures.Combined with Jingdezhen Taoxichuan Phase II B District Music Training Center Project,the horizontal displacement of supporting structure,the horizontal displacement of soil around foundation excavation and the deformation of existing buildings after reinforcement are analyzed by numerical simulation and engineering monitoring,and the influence of reinforcement measures is studied.The research results show that with the increase of the excavation depth of the foundation excavation,the horizontal displacement of the supporting structure and the soil around the foundation excavation increases continuously,showing a bulging state of small at the top and bottom and large in the middle,with obvious spatial effect.The use of square tubes and channel steel to reinforce brick columns and the expansion of foundation reinforcement can effectively increase the overall performance of the building and reduce the displacement of the building.
