摘要
港珠澳大桥岛隧工程沉管钢封门采用焊接刚性防水,钢封门门板与管节周围采用弧形密封钢板进行焊接防水,相邻钢封门之间采用直条密封钢板进行焊接防水。在制造过程中运用BIM技术、材料跟踪系统、焊缝信息管理系统和精度控制技术等,保证钢封门制造质量及防水性能,降低沉管沉放风险,为施工质量及安全提供保障。
The immersed steel sealing door of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Island and Tunnel Project adopts welded rigid waterproofing,the arc-shaped sealing steel plate is welded waterproof around the steel sealing door panel and the pipe joints,and the straight sealing steel plate is used between the adjacent steel sealing doors for welding watertight.During the manufacturing process,BIM technology,material tracking system,weld information management system and precision control technology are applied to ensure the manufacturing quality and waterproof performance of steel sealing doors through engineering verification,reduce the risk of immersed pipe settlement,and provide effective guarantee for construction quality and safety.
