Dry hanging Clay Tile Slope Roof Construction Technology in Northern Area

陶土瓦坡屋面造型美观、安装工艺简单,外观效果能与工程周边园林建设相呼应,广泛应用于南方仿古建筑中。随着北方许多城市开始对建筑物进行“平改坡”改造,同时也有越来越多新建仿古建筑及古建筑改造采用陶土瓦屋面,其在北方地区也有了很好的应用前景。以北京新街口1号工程为例,介绍了干挂陶土瓦坡屋面在北方地区的成功应用、优化及施工技术要点。

The clay tile slope roof has beautiful shape,simple installation process,and the appearance can echo with the surrounding garden construction,create a low-key and classical Jiangnan style,which is widely used in antique architecture in the southern area.With many cities in the north have begun to“flat to slope”transformation to their buildings,also more and more new antique buildings and old building renovations begin to use clay tile slope roof,this craft has revealed a wide application prospect in the north.Taking Beijing Xinjiekou No.1 project as an example,this paper introduces a successful application,optimization and key points of construction technology of a dry hanging clay tile slope roof in northern area.
