盾构近距侧穿高铁下的隔离桩—同步注浆施工技术 被引量:7

摘要 依托西安城市轨道交通10号线东风路站—学府路站区间下穿大西、郑西客运专线工程,通过数值模拟和实测分析相结合的方法,全面阐述分析富水砂层条件下盾构穿越既有高铁线路存在的技术难题,并提出了针对该实际工程的具体施工技术。结果表明:传统加固方案如地层注浆现已难以满足当前下穿高铁工程的技术要求,提出隔离桩-同步注浆施工技术,并进行了关键施工步的数值模拟计算,满足规范要求;同时进一步监测高铁桩体变形,并分析沉降原因,提出对应的施工建议,保证后续施工过程的安全。 Based on the project of Xi’an City Rail Transit Line 10,Dongfeng Road Station⁃Xuefu Road Station,the technical problems of shield crossing existing high⁃speed railway lines under water⁃rich sand layer conditions are comprehensively analyzed through a combination of numerical simulation and actual measurement analysis,and specific construction technology are proposed for this actual project.The results show that the traditional reinforcement schemes,such as stratum grouting,can not meet the technical requirements of the current high⁃speed railway project.The construction scheme of“isolation pile⁃synchronous grouting”is proposed,and numerical simulation calculation of key construction steps is carried out to meet the requirements of the specification.At the same time,the deformation of the high⁃speed railway pile is further monitored,and the causes of settlement are analyzed,and corresponding construction suggestions are proposed to ensure the safety of the subsequent construction process.
