爆破切顶卸压可行性数值模拟研究

摘要 为解决巷道围岩变形量大的问题,利用数值模拟软件及现场实践对切顶卸压可行性进行研究。利用数值模拟软件对切顶前后围岩应力及变形进行分析,发现经过切顶后,能够切断巷道及采空区顶板的应力传递,较好地控制围岩的变形;同时对顶板切顶方案及施工步骤进行设计,经过切顶后对巷道围岩变形情况进行分析,巷道的顶底板及两帮的变形量整体处于可控范围,巷道切顶效果明显。 In order to solve the problem of large deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway,numerical simulation software and field practice were used to study the feasibility of top cutting and pressure relief,using numerical simulation software to analyze the stress and deformation of the surrounding rock before and after top cutting,it was found that after top cutting,the stress transfer of the top plate of the roadway and the mining area could be cut off and the deformation of the surrounding rock could be better controlled,and the top cutting scheme and construction steps were designed,and after top cutting The deformation of the surrounding rock of the roadway is analyzed,and the deformation of the top and bottom plates of the roadway and the two gangs are in the controllable range,and the effect of the roadway roof cutting is obvious.
