EBZ160型掘进机行走部仿真及优化

摘要 由于EBZ160型掘进机在实际生产中所承受的载荷为交变状态,针对行走部附着力不足导致掘进机行走部速度波动严重且平均速度小于给定速度的问题,基于Recur Dyn软件对掘进机在瘦黏土和黏土行走工况的运动学进行仿真分析,并基于MATLAB软件对掘进机履带板参数进行优化,最后对优化后掘进机在行走工况的速度进行仿真分析,验证履带板参数优化的结果。 Since the load borne by EBZ160 roadheader in actual production is in an alternating state,in view of the problem that the insufficient adhesion of the traveling part causes serious fluctuations in the speed of the traveling part of the roadheader and the average speed is less than the given speed,firstly,based on the software Recur Dyn,the kinematics of the roadheader in thin clay and clay traveling conditions is simulated and analyzed;Then,based on MATLAB software,optimize the parameters of the track shoe of the tunneling machine;Finally,simulate and analyze the speed of the optimized tunneling machine under walking conditions to verify the results of optimizing the parameters of the track shoe.
