综掘面圆角门型风幕控尘除尘设备参数优化

Parameter Optimization of Dust Control and Dust Removal Equipment for Rounded Door Type Air Curtain in Comprehensive Excavation Face

摘要 为降低综掘面粉尘浓度,改善工作面作业环境,以玉华矿2410综掘面为研究对象,建立了圆角门型风幕控尘除尘系统有限元模型,采用数值模拟和实验测试的方法分析了不同工况参数对风幕控尘除尘效果的影响。通过实验平台,验证了圆角门型风幕控尘除尘系统的有效性。 In order to reduce the concentration of dust in the comprehensive mining flour and improve the working environment of the working face,a finite element model of a rounded door type air curtain dust control and removal system was established with the 2410 comprehensive mining face of Yuhua Mine as the research object.The influence of different operating conditions and parameters on the dust control and removal effect of the air curtain was analyzed using numerical simulation and experimental testing methods.The effectiveness of the rounded door type air curtain dust control and removal system was verified through an experimental platform.
