薄煤层采煤机电缆结构优化与应用研究

摘要 为解决薄煤层开采作业时,由于采煤机电缆槽贴近液压支架,导致电缆线路挤压、拖拽断裂的问题,设计出一种扁平状电缆,并对其引入装置进行了研究。通过对电缆进行现场测试发现,扁平状电缆的应用显著降低了电缆折叠宽度,电缆线路稳定性得到大幅提高,确保了采煤机设备的安全平稳运行。 In order to solve the problem of cable line compression and dragging fracture caused by the cable trough of the coal mining machine being close to the hydraulic support during thin coal seam mining operations,a flat cable was designed and its introduction device was studied.Through on-site testing of the cable,it was found that the application of flat cables significantly reduced the cable folding width and greatly improved the stability of the cable line,Ensure the safe and stable operation of the coal mining equipment.
