架空乘人断轴保护装置的设计及应用

Design and Application of Overhead Passenger Broken Axle Protection Device

为保障井下工作人员安全,设计一种新型的架空乘人断轴保护装置。重点介绍了该断轴保护装置的组成结构以及安装固定方式,分析了液压系统的工作原理,并进行实际应用。结果表明,该装置可以通过液压系统以及高精度位移传感器来实现对架空乘人装置的紧急制动,有极高的应用价值。

In order to ensure the safety of underground workers,a new type of overhead passenger shaft breakage protection device is designed,the composition structure and installation and fixation method of the shaft breaking protection device were mainly introduced,and the working principle of the hydraulic system was analyzed and applied in practice.The results indicate that the device can achieve emergency braking of overhead passenger devices through hydraulic systems and high-precision displacement sensors,and has high application value.
