掘进机截割部优化设计研究

摘要 通过对掘进机截割部运行状态的优化设计,依据掘进机截割部构造及运行原理,对截割臂执行油缸回路增设电磁比例多路阀,起到截割作业的节能优化效果。对截割头进行PID控制,以做到掘进机截割作业过程中依据偏差信号进行自动调节的效果。 Based on the optimized design of the operating state of the cutting section of a roadheader and the structure and operating principle of the cutting section of the roadheader,an electromagnetic proportional multiple valve is added to the execution cylinder circuit of the cutting arm,achieving the energy-saving and optimization effect of cutting operations.Carry out PID control on the cutting head to achieve the effect of automatic adjustment based on deviation signals during the cutting operation of the roadheader.
