高压注浆系统的选型及构造发育区试验

摘要 岳城煤矿目前开采15号煤层全区带压,为有效缓解奥灰水带来的水患影响,对注浆系统进行了高压设备的更换选型。新更换的主要设备包括ZJ-2000型高速涡流制浆机和3ZB15/8-75型高压注浆泵,并在构造发育区进行了试验。结果显示,高压注浆设备运行高效可靠,为矿井安防治水工作起到了保障作用。 Currently,Yuecheng Coal Mine is mining the entire area of Coal Seam 15 under pressure.In order to effectively alleviate the impact of water disasters caused by Ordovician limestone water,high-pressure equipment has been replaced and selected for the grouting system.The main equipment newly replaced includes the ZJ-2000 high-speed vortex slurry making machine and the 3ZB15/8-75 high-pressure grouting pump,which have been tested in the structural development zone.The results show that the high-pressure grouting equipment operates efficiently and reliably,providing a guarantee for mine safety and water control work.
