摘要
在选煤厂各项作业的实施过程中,机械类、电磁、流体等噪声不仅阻碍了现代化工业产业的发展进程,而且造成更加严重的噪声污染。基于此,分析了选煤厂振动筛的工作原理和噪声来源,研究了噪声对人体所带来的危害,进一步提出了改进选煤厂振动筛控制噪声的措施。分析认为:现阶段需要保障工作人员和周围居民的身心健康水平,从选煤厂的各项生产作业入手,对振动筛予以改进,提高噪声控制水平。
Aiming at the problems of poor effect of tail coal cleaning device of traditional mine belt machine,low level of automation and safety hazards,the DSJ80 mine belt machine of 3702 inlet wind chute digging working face is modified through technical research.Through the optimization of the coal scraper cleaning device and the addition of a tail wind pressure cleaning device,the tail coal of the belt machine is thoroughly cleaned and the residual coal is sent out in time.The actual application results show that the belt machine tailing coal cleaning device optimization effect is remarkable,the operation process is stable,and has certain promotion value.
