摘要
为解决基于有人工控制重介浅槽悬浮液密度所导致的悬浮液密度不稳定、产品质量不佳以及资源浪费的问题,在对重介质选煤工艺和悬浮液密度调节原理分析的基础上,根据实际控制需求和现场生产条件完成了悬浮液密度调节控制系统的关键硬件选型,并重点设计了悬浮液密度调节的软件控制流程;最后,对悬浮液密度调节控制系统的应用效果进行评估。
In order to solve the problems of unstable suspension density,poor product quality,and resource waste caused by manual control of suspension density in heavy medium shallow tanks,based on the analysis of heavy medium coal selection process and suspension density adjustment principle,the key hardware selection of suspension density adjustment control system was completed according to actual control requirements and on-site production conditions,And focused on designing the software control process for adjusting the suspension density;Finally,evaluate the application effect of the suspension density adjustment control system.
