压缩机电气控制系统的变频改造及节能效益分析 被引量:2

摘要 压缩机的电气控制系统往往存在消耗能量过高、运行时的平稳性及可靠性较差等问题,基于此,以螺杆式空气压缩机为研究对象,通过对其具体的结构组成进行分析后,重点研究了压缩机电气控制系统的变频改造技术。采用PLC控制器与变频调速控制技术相结合的形式,对压缩机的控制系统进行了变频改造与技术优化,并对其硬件的选型以及软件的设计进行了详细阐述。经由改造后的效果分析可知,在对传统的压缩机进行控制系统的变频改造后,其节能效果有了显著提高,稳定性也有所增强。 The electrical control system of compressors often suffers from high energy consumption,poor stability and reliability during operation.Based on this,taking a screw air compressor as an example,after analyzing its specific structural composition,the frequency conversion transformation technology of the compressor electrical control system is mainly studied.A combination of PLC controller and variable frequency speed control technology was used to transform and optimize the control system of the compressor,and the selection of hardware and software design were elaborated in detail.Finally,through the analysis of the effect after the transformation,it can be seen that the energy-saving effect has been significantly improved and the stability has also been enhanced after the frequency conversion transformation of the control system for traditional compressors.
