直进式拉丝机控制系统的优化研究

摘要 为了解决传统直进式拉丝机控制精度差、运行效率低的问题,在对直进式拉丝机工作原理进行深入分析的基础上,利用PLC及调谐托辊建立了一种新的直进式拉丝机控制系统。对该控制系统整体结构、偏斜耦合控制原理等进行了分析。结果表明,新的控制系统能够将直进式拉丝机的平均拉拔速度提升23.9%,将系统在工作过程中的积线或者拉断异常率降低94.1%,极大地提升了直进式拉丝机的运行稳定性和可靠性。 In order to solve the problems of poor control accuracy and low operating efficiency of the traditional straight-in drawing machine,a new control system for straight-in drawing machine was established based on an in-depth analysis of the working principle of the straight-in drawing machine using PLC and tuned rollers.The overall structure of this control system and the principle of skew coupling control were analyzed.The results show that the new control system is able to increase the average drawing speed of the straight-in drawing machine by 23.9%and reduce the abnormal accumulation or pull-off of the system during operation by 94.1%,which greatly improves the operational stability and reliability of the straight-in drawing machine.
