摘要
为解决当前采煤机滚筒截割高度煤岩识别处于理论基础阶段和记忆截割无法满足智能化综采要求的问题,重点对采煤机姿态的智能化、精准化控制展开研究,在对采煤机智能化控制系统总体设计的基础上,对其位置、姿态以及压力监测的核心硬件进行选型,并提出以调高油缸压力为基础对调高控制指令进行修正的思路,通过仿真分析评估所设计的姿态智能控制系统的控制效果。
In order to solve the current problems that the coal mining machine roller cutting height coal rock identification is at the theoretical basic stage and the memory cutting cannot meet the requirements of intelligent comprehensive mining,the intelligent and accurate control of coal mining machine attitude is studied.The control effect of the designed posture intelligent control system is evaluated by simulation analysis.
