煤矿掘进机液压系统的优化分析

摘要 通过分析煤矿掘进机液压系统的结构组成,了解负载敏感变量泵液压原理,达到提高掘进机液压系统运行稳定性,节省掘进机损耗的目的。通过仿真模型对液压升降回路及掘进机截割过程中压力波动情况进行模拟研究,优化后的变量泵可满足各种运行状态下液压系统的稳定运行效果,且运行过程中动力损耗显著降低。 By analyzing the structural composition of the hydraulic system of coal mining tunneling machines and understanding the hydraulic principle of load sensitive variable pump,the aim is to improve the operational stability of the hydraulic system of tunneling machines and save losses.By simulating the hydraulic lifting circuit and the pressure fluctuation during the cutting process of the excavation machine through a simulation model,the optimized variable pump can meet the stable operation effect of the hydraulic system under various operating conditions,and the power loss during operation is significantly reduced.
