摘要
针对山西某矿二采区回采工作面运输顺槽掘进期间出现顶板灰岩变薄和漏泥现象,以及陷落柱、溶洞、冲刷带等对锚杆支护影响较大。运输顺槽及回风顺槽采用“锚杆+网+梯子梁”支护,树脂锚固剂加长锚固技术,能充分发挥现有材料的支护潜力,确保巷道安全可靠,变形可控,节约成本,加快掘进速度。
In response to the phenomenon of roof limestone thinning and mud leakage during the transportation tunnel excavation in the second mining area of a certain mine in Shanxi,collapse columns,karst caves,and erosion zones have a significant impact on anchor rod support.The transportation and return air troughs are supported by anchor rods,mesh,and ladder beams,with resin anchoring agents for extended anchoring.By using the above support technologies,the support potential of existing materials can be fully utilized,ensuring the safety and reliability of the roadway,controllable deformation,cost savings,and accelerating excavation speed.
