综采工作面断层应力区顶板控制技术

摘要 基于马兰矿12702工作面在过F1断层区,受断层牵引作用导致工作面顶板出现破碎、煤壁出现片帮现象,综采一队通过技术研究,分析了工作面过断层应力区主要存在的技术难题,并对端面顶板破碎区提出了“撞楔超前支护+注浆加固”联合控制措施。通过现场实际应用效果来看,采取联合控制技术后,控制了顶板破碎、冒漏现象,保证了工作面安全回采,取得了显著应用成效。 Based on the fact that 12702 working face of Malan mine is in the fault zone of F1,the top plate of the working face is broken and the coal wall is flaky due to the traction of the fault,the first team of comprehensive mining analyzed the main technical problems of the fault stress zone of the working face through technical research,and proposed the joint control measures of"crashing wedge oversupport+slurry reinforcement"for the broken top plate of the end face."Through the practical application effect on site,the joint control technology has controlled the phenomenon of top plate crushing and leakage and ensured the safe recovery of the working face,which has achieved remarkable application effect.
