快速掘锚并行施工装备及工艺的实践应用研究

Practical Application Research on Equipment and Technology for Rapid Anchor Excavation and Parallel Construction

以永安煤矿3210工作面辅助运输顺槽为研究对象,进行了快速掘锚并行施工装备及工艺的研究。基于掘描一体化机组配套锚杆钻车基础上,对掘进机组进行改造,形成了快速掘锚并行施工装备和工艺。实践效果表明,改造后机组的掘进速度可达月进尺1 800~2 000 m,作业人数减少到11人,安全、经济效益显著。

Taking the auxiliary transportation trough of 3210 working face in Yong'an Coal Mine as the research object,research was conducted on the equipment and technology for rapid anchor excavation and parallel construction.Based on the supporting anchor drill truck for the integrated excavation and tracing unit,the excavation unit was reformed to form the equipment and technology for rapid anchor excavation and parallel construction.The practical results show that the excavation speed can reach 1800~2000 m per month,and the number of workers can be reduced to 11.The safety and economic benefits are significant.
