摘要
针对高灰细煤泥含量偏高引起的粗精煤灰大、精煤产率下降等问题,提出用ZKJ1408-D5叠层高频振动筛回收粗煤泥,并对叠层高频振动筛技术优势以及现场应用效果等进行阐述。现场应用后,粗煤泥回收系统中粗精煤灰分在9%以内、降低浮选系统负载以及精煤损失;精煤产率提升约3%,年可多回收精煤约3.6万t,显著提升了粗煤泥回收系统工作效率及经济效益。
In view of the problems caused by high ash content of fine coal slurry,such as large ash of coarse fine coal and decrease in the yield of fine coal,the ZKJ1408-D5 stacked high frequency vibrating screen is proposed to recover coarse coal slurry,and the technical advantages of the stacked high frequency vibrating screen and the field application effect are elaborated.After the field application,the ash content of coarse coal slurry recovery system is within 9%,reducing the load of flotation system and the loss of fine coal;the yield of fine coal is increased by about 3%,and about 36,000t more fine coal can be recovered annually,which significantly improves the efficiency and economic benefits of the coarse coal slurry recovery system.
